1. Delivery Areas

We ship to all 50 states within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We also ship to U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands) with additional shipping charges. International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order:

  • Orders over $500 USD: FREE standard shipping within the contiguous 48 states
  • Orders under $500 USD: Flat rate of $49.95 for standard ground shipping
  • Express shipping: Available at checkout for an additional fee (2-3 business days)
  • Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories: Additional surcharges apply; calculated at checkout

3. Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). During peak periods or sales events, processing times may be extended. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard Ground (contiguous 48 states): 5-10 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Alaska & Hawaii: 7-14 business days
  • U.S. Territories: 10-21 business days

Please note these are estimates only and actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

5. Shipping Carriers

We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS depending on package size, weight, and destination. For oversized items (bull bars, roof racks, drawer systems), we use freight carriers with residential delivery options.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your delivery through the relevant carrier's website (UPS.com, FedEx.com, or USPS.com).

7. Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, or if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will resolve the issue promptly.

8. Large or Heavy Items (Freight Delivery)

Some products (such as bull bars, roof racks, and drawer systems) may require freight delivery via LTL (Less Than Truckload) carriers. For freight items, delivery will be curbside to the nearest accessible point. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery and assist with unloading. Liftgate service is available upon request for an additional fee.

9. Signature Requirement

Orders over $1,000 USD require a signature upon delivery for security purposes. If no one is available to sign, the carrier will leave a notice and attempt redelivery.
