1. Satisfaction Guarantee
At ZenithLine Trading Inc, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return and refund process in compliance with applicable U.S. consumer protection laws.
2. Return Eligibility (30-Day Return Window)
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, uninstalled, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received
- You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)
- The return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date
- Custom, made-to-order, or clearance items are final sale and not eligible for returns
- Electrical items that have been connected or powered on are not eligible for change-of-mind returns
3. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund including all shipping costs. Please provide photos of the damage or defect to assist with processing your claim. We may arrange for the item to be picked up at no cost to you.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return:
- Contact us with your order number and reason for return
- We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package
- Ship the item to the address provided (return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility for change-of-mind returns)
Items returned without an RMA number may be refused or delayed in processing.
5. Return Shipping
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for items over $200. For defective or incorrectly shipped items, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
6. Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee may apply to returns of large or oversized items (bull bars, roof racks, drawer systems) due to the high cost of freight shipping. This fee will be deducted from your refund. No restocking fee applies to defective or incorrectly shipped items.
7. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your financial institution.
8. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange a product for a different size, color, or model, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest processing time.
9. Warranty Claims
Many of our products come with manufacturer warranties ranging from 1 to 5 years. Warranty terms vary by product and manufacturer. For warranty claims beyond our 30-day return window, please contact us with your order details and a description of the issue. We will work with the manufacturer to resolve your claim under the applicable warranty terms.
